Buildingareadingcity.com is an interactive networking website operated by Oklahoma City Public Schools. It provides a place for students, parents, staff, and community members to interact with each other and discuss various aspects of reading. Interactive features include blogging about book recommendations, engaging in discussion in the online forum, and creating user profiles. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to abide by the following:

1.	This site should be used for the discussion of books, reading, and education. Off-topic posts will be moderated and potentially deleted.
2.	Polite and appropriate language is expected at all times. Abusive messages are prohibited.
3.	Harassment is prohibited. Harassment is conduct, which is sufficiently severe, persistent, or pervasive that it adversely affects, or has the purpose or logical consequence of interfering with a user’s educational program, or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment. Behavior that continues after an individual is informed of its offensiveness may constitute evidence of intent to harass. If told by a person to stop sending messages, the sender must stop.
4.	Spamming will not be tolerated. Any account that repeatedly posts spam comments, blogs, or topics will be deleted. 
5.	Users should not share their password or account information with anyone. 
6.	No copyrighted material is to be placed on www.buildingareadingcity.com   without written permission from the copyright owner.
